Turner Rogers Decision

This is the 2011 U.S. Supreme Court decision, in which if it would have heard and decided just one year earlier, would  have been a direct violation of its edicts.  Nonetheless, it does reach back before it's decision to apply certain precepts and cannons to the constitution , such legal canons in which Catherine Shanelaris, and Judge Jacelyn Colburn had no compunctions violating-- in allowing the virtual "kangaroo court" in proceeding commandeered by Shanelaris in her quest to to secure the largest contrived amount of award she was capable of by deception ,  without affording Gail her  Constitutional protections. 

This was offensive was instigated and provoked by Jeffery Strobel  ... actually believing  in his obsessive-compulsive self-rightous delusion he was owed hundred's of thousands in back child support, and he was determined to collect it in any way he could rig.  The evidence indicates that as of the date the court ordered Rosier to liquidate the investment, the investment property had already been sold ("liquidated") for an amount less that it had been purchased, and the partnership sustained a loss on the value.

Such circumstances in Turner v. Rogers are directly are directly  applicable to Gail Rosier's situation, having just been released from prison in Arizona, on parole (and therefore restricted in her permitted actions), penniless and indigent,  without any resources, and targeted and threatened by Catherine Shanelaris with seeking arrest capias.   After Gail's   traumatization  of what she endured since her husband's death, her exile and banishment from her spousal estate,  her vicitimization by the John Caruso, crime family hoax to strip Gail of all her funds, and run up her credit cards, to her crooked attorney John Pattullo-- who also represented  and assisted her stepchildren Jake and Liz Rosier in commandeering  and hijacking their father's trust and to intentionally  circumvent  filing probate until after the statute of limitations had lapsed , and to the eager and ambitious Scottsdale Police who did a sloppy investigation into Gail-- casting her as John Caruso's criminal accomplice, and finally to Catherine Shanelaris, who was a self-serving self-appointed crusader for the NH DCSS to enhance their IV-D funding from the Federal government, at the expense of Gail Rosier.'s life.  

In 2014, the only thing Gail wanted to stay alive for, was her children, and unfortunately, one of them, was poisoned  and perhaps had inherited certain personality elements, the rendered him uninterested or indifferent in knowing, or communicating with e   lacked the basic human character or need  to know his maternal grandmother (who passed-away several years ago without any interest to Connr , to stay in touch with his half-sister, Logan,  and most of all, to want to get to know his mother... which whom he shared a loving relationship at one time... until being poisoned by his sociopathic father.  What king of monster turns his son against his mother, and who's objective is to deprive his son of a having a relationship with his very special mother.
